Key summary
Your checklist progress and settings stay on your device. We do not upload your checklist data to our servers. The App does not require sign-up or login. If you choose to contact support using the in-app contact form, we receive the details you submit so we can respond.
Information stored on your device
The App stores your guided checklist progress and settings locally on your device using standard Android storage mechanisms. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.
Information we collect
We only collect information when you voluntarily submit it to us for support.
Support and contact form
If you use the in-app Support or Contact form, you may be asked to provide: • Name (required) • Email address (required) • Phone number (optional) • Category or topic (required) • Message content (required) This information is used to respond to your request, provide support, and improve the App based on feedback.
How support form data is processed
When you tap Send, the information is transmitted via Formspree, a third-party form service provider, and delivered to our support inbox so we can respond. Formspree processes the submission to deliver it to us. We do not use it for advertising.
Information we do not collect
Except for the optional support form submission described above, we do not collect, store, or transmit: • Your checklist content, checklist progress, or in-app selections to our servers • Contacts from your address book • Photos, media, or files from your device • Location data • Device identifiers used for tracking • Usage analytics or behavioural tracking
Sharing and exporting from the App
The App includes features to export or share content, for example PDF export and sharing via WhatsApp, email, or other apps. When you use these features: • The App prepares the content locally on your device. • You choose whether to share and which app or recipient to share with. • Any sharing happens only through your explicit action and through the third-party app you select.
Calendar reminders
If you use the reminder features, the App can create entries in your device calendar. These entries are stored in your calendar on your device and are not sent to our servers by the App.
Permissions
The App may request device permissions that support core functionality, for example: • Calendar access, only if you choose to add reminders • Storage access, only to create and save exports such as PDFs on your device, depending on your Android version and export method Permissions are used only to enable the feature you initiate. You can manage permissions anytime in your device settings.
Data retention
Local App data is stored on your device until you delete it. Support form submissions are retained in our support inbox for as long as needed to respond, maintain support history, and meet reasonable operational requirements.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive through support requests. Local App data is protected by the Android app sandbox on your device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we aim to use appropriate safeguards.
Children's privacy
The App is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights and data deletion
Since we do not collect personal checklist data on our servers, there is no checklist data for us to access, correct, delete, or port on your behalf. Your checklist data is under your complete control on your device. To delete your data, you can: • Clear the App's data through your device's Settings → Apps → Antim Sanskar Guide → Clear Data. • Uninstall the App, which permanently removes all locally stored data. For support form submissions, you can request deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to delete the support conversation from our records unless we must retain it for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be made available within the App and on our website at antimsanskarguide.com.
