This Privacy Policy explains how the Antim Sanskar Guide mobile application ("the App"), operated by Keshiha Services Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially given the sensitive nature of the App's purpose.
Information we do not collect
The App is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any of the following: personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or address; checklist progress, selections, or any data you enter in the App; device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data; usage analytics, behavioural data, or crash reports; photos, contacts, or any other data from your device. The App does not require an account, sign-up, or login. There is no server-side component that receives your data.
Data stored on your device
The App stores your checklist progress and settings locally on your device using standard Android storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any cloud service by the App, and is not accessible to us or any third party through the App. If you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings, this locally stored information is permanently deleted.
Third-party services and advertising
The App is distributed through the Google Play Store, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms of service. The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. These networks may use anonymised, non-personal information (such as general device type or broad geographic region) to serve relevant ads. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Permissions
The App requests only the minimum device permissions necessary for its core features. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or files unless a specific feature requires it, and any such permission will be clearly explained before being requested.

The App is intended for adults aged 18 years and above and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Information Technology Act, 2000
This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Since the App does not collect or process any personal data or sensitive personal data or information as defined under these rules, the data protection obligations under these provisions are not triggered in the context of App usage.
Data security
Although we do not collect your data, the App is designed following security best practices. Locally stored data uses standard Android application sandboxing, meaning other apps on your device cannot access the App's stored data under normal operating conditions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be made available within the App and on our website at antimsanskarguide.com.
Your rights and data deletion
Since we do not collect any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, delete, or port on your behalf. Your checklist data is under your complete control on your device. To delete your data, you can: • Clear the App's data through your device's Settings → Apps → Antim Sanskar Guide → Clear Data. • Uninstall the App, which permanently removes all locally stored data. This satisfies Google Play's data deletion requirements. Since no data exists on our servers, no server-side deletion is necessary.
